Social Work Club

Dare to Make a Difference

The purpose of the Social Work Club is

  • to promote the development of undergraduate social work education at NSU;
  • to provide fellowship and support for students majoring in social work;
  • to explore issues relevant to the profession of social work and the institution of social welfare; and
  • to encourage understanding and appreciation of social work among the NSU student body and faculty

As a member, you will have the opportunity to build lasting friendships and participate in experiences that will enrich your life. The NSU Social Work Club has several community service projects that you can participate in, as well as, guest speakers who are willing to share their knowledge and career experiences.

 All social work majors may become full voting members of this organization providing that person is in good standing with the university. Also, associate membership is open to interested parties who are not social work majors, but otherwise meet the requirements for membership.

 We look forward to seeing you.
